One month of bread
One month old! From babycats to tinycats, and now entering the gremlin age, the breads spend much of their time awake now. All five have been exploring the foster room and wrestle with each other constantly! They’re gaining interest in lapping water and sniffing Toast’s wet food.

Weekly awards:
Best eater goes to Roti, for gaining 95g this week.
Best snuggler goes to Rye, for learning that catnaps on humans are the best catnaps (we agree!).
Cutest sweetie pie to ever exist is Focaccia for stealing the hearts of everyone to hold her with her adorable squeaky mew.
Toast:
Toast has been having a great time trying new flavours of wet food. We’ve learned that she prefers chicken to fish and would rather meals that have mix-ins like Weruva Classic Grandma’s Chicken Soup, which has bits of pumpkin, carrot, and peas mixed in with the shredded chicken. A fancy lady! She’s also been enjoying some exploration time outside of the foster room (with the boys shut in our bedroom, of course). Her hot girl walks have been improving her appetite, which we suspect is the reason behind a small weight drop.
4-week-old kittens are a pain to photograph—they’re gaining independence, but don’t yet have interest in toys. Such a challenge to get them to look at the camera!
